- This synopsis is a result of the following Sources Sought Notices posted on the FedBizOps and Neco websites: N00244-04-R-0039, N00244-04-R-0052, N00244-04-R-0053, N00244-04-R-0054, and N00244-04-R-0055. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), San Diego plans to issue an unrestricted solicitation for nation-wide virtual commercial procurement that utilizes on-line electronic ordering (via DoD EMALL). All items shall be delivered within 24-48 hours, pierside/deckside, directly to the end user. End users, placing orders against this contract may be located at various nationwide Naval ship and shore installations. The following commodities will be covered under this solicitation/contract: Office Supplies, Janitorial/ Sanitation Supplies, Industrial Tools, Galley Equipment and Supplies, and Printer/Toner Cartridges. Contractors may propose on any or all commodities. The Gov ernment reserves the right to make split awards against this contract. However, each commodity will result in only one award. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm fixed price contract(s) with a base period and four one-year options. Issuance of a request for proposal is expected within 21 days of this announcement. This procurement is advertised and will be negotiated pursuant to FAR parts 12 and 15. The acquisition will be conducted under NAICS Code 422120 that establishes a small business size of 100 employees. Any business interested in having their company and contact information published for teaming and/or sub-contracting arrangements, please submit company name address, Point of Contact and phone number to the Government Points of Contact identified herein. Please provide this information prior to 2 July 2004 to ensure timely release with the solicitation.
