- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to provide mechanical roadside brushing and drainage dip maintenance services of approximately 30 miles of road systems on the Sitka Ranger District. The project areas are located on Chichagof Island/Indian River and Hanus Bay on Catherine Island. Areas are accessible via barge services, boat and air. No scheduled State ferry services are available. The performance period is 180 days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about April 21, 2004 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation KTN-04-46. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project. To register, select ‘Register to Receive Notification’ and follow the steps. Follow the same procedure for EACH project. PLAN HOLDERS LISTS: The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has replaced the plan Holders Lists that was previously available with solicitation packages. Access the IVL for all projects through the FedBizOpps website. To register as an interested vendor, select ‘Register as an Interested Vendor’ and follow the steps. Follow this procedure for EACH project of interest. Use the Register as Interested Vendor option to add your company name to the IVL and then view or print the IVL by selecting ‘View List of Interested Vendors’ for each project. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-APR-2004).
