- Description
- This solicitation closes June 22, 2004 at 2:00 PM EST. This solicitation is being issued as Intent to Award on a sole source basis to Thomson Financial Inc., 195 Broadway, NY, NY 10007-3100 for the purchase of Electronic Information including: I/B/E/S financial data; Thomson One Analytics (First Call and Investext); Thomson One Banker Analytics; Datastream; and SDC Platinum. This is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit a capability statement. The period of performance shall be for one year. Accordingly the SEC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Thomson Financial Inc.
