- This modification is being issued to add the NAICS Code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The scope of work as previously stated requires renovation work that includes replacement of select running gear, replacement of the existing elevator controls, upgraded illumination, and air conditioning for the elevator control rooms.
