Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Information Builders Inc., Federal Systems Group, 2300 Clarendon Blvd, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22201 to acquire contractor support for the development of an application as a Proof of Concept that the Data Adaptor for DataCom DB will work sucessfully to extract data from the PACER database; software technical support services utilizes the FOCUS software suite. This is not a request for offers. This requirement will be awarded utilizing other than full and open competition. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government as authorized under FAR 6.3. The anticipated award date is June 24, 2004.
