- The following description is to replace the description in the original presolicitation notice in it's entirety. NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for the procurement of ten DS10 Alpha Software Development System Workstations for the E-2C Mission Software Information Transfer (MIST) System with a requirement for custom configuration, testing. In addition, MIST System compatible software is to be loaded into the systems that is proprietary to the contractor listed below. business size standard for this procurement is 1000 employees, with a NAICS code of 334111, and an FSC code of 7035. Contract action will be other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 (C) (1). Identified source is Puget Sound Data Systems, 10236 E. Riverside Drive, Bothell, WA. 98011-3709.
