Description
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals required to shuttle government vehicles from and to designated points within or near the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument on an 'on-call' basis. Shuttle points include: 3 trips Fort Benton to Coal Banks, 40 miles; 3 trips Fort Benton to Wood Bottom, 11 miles: 6 trips Fort Benton to Judith Landing, 90 miles); 4 trips Fort Benton to Kipp, 130 miles (180 miles via Hilger); 2 trips Wood Bottom to Coal Banks, 29 miles: 2 trips Coal Banks to Kipp, 90 miles (140 miles via Hilger); 22 trips Coal Banks to Judith Landing, 50 miles; 6 trips Judith Landing to Kipp Recreation Area, 40 miles (90 miles via Hilger); Miscellaneous Trips - 1,790 miles maximum (max 200 miles per trip). Number of trips will vary by year and the mileage stated is estimated. ? This procurement is limited to those businesses currently permitted to provide shuttle service within the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument. ? The Request for Quote will be posted on Fedbizopps.gov on or about Thursday, June 17, 2004 and will close on Sunday, July 11, 2004 unless otherwise amended. Award is tentatively scheduled for July 13, 2004 with the start date scheduled for Friday, July 16, 2004. This project has the potential to run three years (one year plus two option years): July - September 2004, April - September 2005, April - September 2006. Numbers of shuttles are estimated; Award will be 'All or None'; and, this service is estimated to be between $2,500 and $25,000 annually. Registration in www.ccr.gov is required.
