- The United States Army Communication Electronics Command intends to procure 220,000 each Advanced Combat Helmet/Combat Vehicle Crewman Front Bracket Kit; Accessory to the Helmet Mount Assembly NSN 5340-01-509-1461, on a sole source basis from ITT, Ro anoke Virginia, on a firm fixed price basis. Monthly deliveries are to commence in September 2004, with final deliveries in June 2005. NOTE: This synopsis supersedes the previous synopsis of this requirement, which was posted on 14 June 2004, extending the response date from 21 June 2004 to 29 June 2004.
