- Indefinite quantity Contract not to exceed $250,000.00 per contract year. Guaranteed Minimum for base year is $5,000.00 and $2,500.00 for each option year. The contract period is one full year from date of award with the Government's option to rene w for two additional one year periods. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies and materials to perform construction, building repairs and maintenance of facilities in recreation areas at Lake Shelbyville. The solic itation will be available on or about 29 Jun 2004 and will be issued on CD ROM at no charge; and will also be available for download from our WEB Page at the address shown below. A site visit is scheduled for 14 Jul 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at the Visitor Cente r, Lake Shelbyville, Illinois. Point of contact at the lake are Wes Gaffner and Don Brown at 217-774-3951.
