Description

The Southern Region Contracting Center West, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Trinity University, 715 Stadium Drive, San Antonio, TX78212. This purchase order is for 272 US Army Reserve and 120 Ar my National Guard to attend the Reserve Component Officer Advanced Course Phase 2 course. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611310. This is a sole-source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for information only, a determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers.No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. In terested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to thi s synopsis is not required.
