- Description
- The USDA Forest Service Region 2 has a requirement for Dental Services at the Cass Civilian Conservation Center. The center is located on Highway 23, 18 miles north of Ozark, Arkansas (13 miles north of Interstate 40). This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced Contract with a Base and (4) four Option years. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials and other resources (except for Government-furnished property or facilities described herein) necessary to complete the work described. This requirement has been set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The solicitation is available for download from this website only on or before June 29, 2004.
