Description

Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity Contract, RFP, commercial items for Semifluid Lubricating Oil in 1 lb. cans. Shelf Life 24 Months. I/A/W MIL?STD-290F, NSN 9150-01-109-7793 with an estimated annual quantity of 5,557 1 lb cans. Product is for stock shipments to SRG, Richmond, VA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. MSDS and Hazard Warning Labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to stock locations. This NSN has inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 190. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and quantity variance of plus 5% minus 5%. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are 49 days ARO. Surge requirement do exist for this item. Solicitation (SP0450-04-R-3677) will be issued on or about July 10, 2004 and closing 21 days later.
