- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the American Salvage Association to provide Professional Maritime Salvage Training. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 USC 253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Procurement by less than full and open competition is necessary to give the American Salvage Association the ability to comb all members for techical expertise to provide this training.
