- Description
- The proposed acquisition listed herein is exclusively set-aside as an 8(a) competitive requirement. The NAICS code is 541211 with a size standard of $7M. The DHHS/PSC/SAS Division of Acquisition Management plans to issue a request for proposal (RFP). The purpose of this requirement is to provide assistance relating to the referral of debts to the Department of Justice and debt collection as stipulated in the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-134). The services will include on site support for bankruptcy and litigation, the payment and review of Health Education Assistance Loans (HEAL) claims and support personnel relating to accounting services and related functions. The anticipated period of performance is a basic period of one (1) year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The solicitation will be issued approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this synopsis and will be made available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only electronic copies of ths solicitation will be made available. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAY-2004).
