- Description
- The USPS has completed a generic site plan and 30% complete construction documents for a new leased building of 20,000 net interior square feet on an uncontrolled site of approximately 98,900 gross square feet. Offerors will be required to own the site(s), complete the design, construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to execute a Lease with Construction Rider with the Postal Service for the entire property. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall offer to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 06/15/04 for a non-refundable fee of $125.00. Forward check or money order, made payable to A&D Draft Aid, Attn: Dorothy, PO Box 40877, Denver CO 80204-0877, (303) 573-5757, FAX (303) 573-8714 (one check per solicitation).
