- The purpose of this solicitation is to procure various pharmaceuticals/drugs for the Naval Hospital, Corpus Christi, Texas. Items for procurement are as follows: 400 vials, NDC 00641-0371-25, Diazepam HCI 10mg(5mg/mlx2ml) single dose vial; 400 cases, NDC 63323-0234-20,Atropine Sulfate .04mg/mlx20ml multi-dose vial(25/cs); 400 cases, NDC 00046-0374-06, Pralidoxime HCI 1g powder vial for injection(6/cs); 12 cases, NDC 8527-63/00026-8, Ciprofloxacin "Cipro" 400mg in d5w 200ml bag IV(24/cs); 7 cases, NDC 00026-8551-36, Ciprofloxacin HCI "Cipro" PO Suspense 250mg/ml, 100ml bottle; 30 cartons, NDC 63323-0130-10, Doxycycline Hyclate "Doxy" 100mg powder vial, IV(5/ct); 40 cases, NDC 51079-0554-20, Doxycycline PO "Doxy", unit dose, 100 tablets(12/cs); 6 each, NDC 00069-0970-65, Doxycycline Hyclate "Doxy" PO Suspension 25mg/5ml, 60ml bottle; 2 cases, NDC 00026-8513-48, Ciprofloxacin HCI PO 500mg, 100 tablets, unit dose(12/cs).
