- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadphia, Washington Office intends to award a competitive procurement for the Naval District Washington Business Office, Washington, DC for an information Technology Specialist with Activity Base Cost experience. The contractor will provide level of effort information technology support. This effort involves data source type and struture indentificatio and conversion requirements; troubleshooting programming and connectivity issues with MS Access and MS Sequel Server; inter action with Program Managers and data manager; web browers programming experience including HTML, ASP and .NET potential resolutions, and ability to execute plan. The SIC code is 7375, 'Information Retrieval Service'. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is R702 and the NIACS code is 518210. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation number N00600-04-Q-0524 will be available approximately 16 June 2004 and can be downloaded from http://www.neco.navy.mil. The solicitation may be processed following normal commercial item procedures. The Government may award on initials.
