- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to survey vernal pools on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, CA. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Small Businesses. This is a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract for a base and four option year periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $6 million. The estimated total contract price for the base year and all option years is $700,000. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act determination rates. Award will be made based upon the best value to the government. Proposals will be evaluated for award using three major factors: Technical Ability, Price, and Past Performance. The solicitation will only be available by downloading, free of charge, from the following website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective offerors and plan rooms are required to register as plan holders at the website. The plan holders list will be maintained on this website. All amendments will only be available at this website. The solicitation will be available on or about June 29, 2004. The solicitation will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. All contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor (CCR) database to be eligible for award, www.ccr.gov.
