- Description
- The project involves construction of an approximately 60,000 sf manufacturing facility with 20 ft eave height. The work consists of site utilities; earthwork; asphalt pavement; concrete foundations; concrete masonry perimeter foundation; concrete slab on grade; structural steel superstructure; metal roof deck; batt insulation with metal siding sidewalls; adhered single-ply membrane roofing on polyisocyanurate insulation; personnel and roll-up doors; metal stud/gypsum board partitions; HVAC system; duct and pipe insulation; plumbing; fire protection system; fire detecting and alarm system; electrical power wiring; communications wiring; lighting; and incidental related work. Estimated cost is in the range of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Construction documents will be available on or after June 30, 2004. A $50 non-refundable fee is required and shall be made payable to ATK.
