PRON: AX4C0482AX, NSN: 3040-01-117-7363, PN: 145C3340-12, Quantity: 60 each minimum/300 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47 Airframe, delivery to Texarkana, TX and Co rpus Christi, TX. Required delivery is 390 Days After Contract Award for production quantity with first article. This item is restricted to Apache Enterprises, CAGE Code 62810 and Boeing Helicopter, CAGE Code 77272, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity to maintain quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Quali fication Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; h owever, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
