PRON: AX4T6089AX, NSN: 3110-01-503-0670, PN: 2-310-173-01, Quantity: 1455 each minimum/7275 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)requirement applicable to CH-47 Airframe, delivery F. O. B. D estination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery of 1455 with First Article is 390 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 217 DACA. Required delivery of 1455 without First Article is 229 DACA. With Alternate II the require d delivery of 1455 is 286 DACA . This is a Critical Safety Item formerly called Flight Safety Item. This item is restricted to Honeywell International Inc., CAGE Code 99193 and New Hampshire Ball Bearing-Hitech, CAGE Code 83086, because the Government do es not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Re quirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not c lose prior to the date stated above.
