- Description
- 374th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to lease batteries and racks about 4 months to support electric power to UPS, model Fuji Electric CVCF 500/83, at Bldg 650, Yokota Air Base Japan, to Tokyo Yuasa Hanbai Co., LTd. until the Government purchases and replaces the existing batteries and racks. This contract is scheduled to be awarded on or about 14 Jun 04 under unusual and compelling urgency. Delay in award of a purchase order would result in serious damage to the Government. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
