- THIS AGENCY HAS A NEED TO ESTABLISH A REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT TO PURCHASE AIRCRAFT COMPONENT HOIST UNITS. WE WILL PURCHASE 4 UNITS ON THE BASIC CONTRACT WITH THREE ONE-YEAR OPTIONS WITH A QUANTITY RANGE FROM 1 - 3. THIS ITEM CONSISTS OF OF A SUPPORTING FRAME, DESIGNED TO MOUNT ON AN AIRCRFAT FOR LIFTING, INSTALLING AND/OR REMOVING ENGINES, GUNSIGHTS, PROPELLERS AND THE LIKE. IT MAY INCLUDE HOIST (AS MODIFIED), WINCH (AS MODIFIED), SLING (AS MODIFIED)AND/OR ADAPTER (1), HOISTING.
