- Description
- In specified building, remove all existing pneumatic or any existing electronic HVAC controls, and replace with direct digital controls able to fully interface with our local Siemens Apogee system. All controls systems shall provide feedback to and integrate with our local Siemens Apogee-based energy management control system (EMCS) via the installation?s computer network. All Apogee controls systems shall communicate to/from EMCS, and the necessary Ethernet network cables shall be provided with a termination point in the facility?s communication center. Full programming of the Apogee EMCS front-end including all appropriate points, operational scheduling, and full facility and HVAC system type graphics shall be included in this project. The programming and new parts shall include one-year warranty from date of completion. At end of the project all control devices (valves/dampers/actuators) shall be operational with no leakage from air or water. A copy of the solicitation will be posted on this website on 21 June 2004, with a closing date of receipt of proposals by 2 July 2004.
