- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC has a requirement for the services of an Epidemiologist with duties to be performed on site at the VA National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (NCHPDP), 3000 Croasdaile Drive, Durham, NC 27705, for a base period and two one-year options to renew.
