- Description
- Provide all necessary tools, labor, materials, equipment, permits, license, and supervision to renovate maintenance building at Florence National Cemetery, Florence, SC. Work will include but not be limited to general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work as required by drawings and specifications. Solicitation package and drawings will be available for download on or about 7/1/04. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. NAICS Code 236220 with size standard $28.5 million applies. Cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Completion time is 120 days. All responsible sources my submit a bid which shall be considered by the VA. See numbered note 29.
