- Description
- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), Plant and Protection Quarantine (PPQ), Otis ANGB, MA, intends to procure 350 grams of gypsy moth disparlure. This will be a FIRM-FIXED price award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Otis ANGB, MA. Award is subject to First Article Approval-Government Testing, and inspection and acceptance testing at destination. First article samples and production quantities shall be produced at the same facility. Specifications available upon request-contact Dennis Barry at 612-336-3219. NAICS Code: 325414. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24.
