- This course will take place on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 from 9:00a.m.-12:00 p.m. The cost is $45. This seminar will give an overview of the cost proposal process. Topics for discussion include the birth of solicitations, rules and regulations, defective pricing, the uniform contract format, contract methods, the use of basic cost spreadsheets and logical proposal steps.
