- NOTE: Solicitation Number IDT02197005100 has been replaced with IDT04034005100 which is assigned to RFP Number SP0500-04-R-0083. The Defense Supply Center of Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to enter into DLA Corporate Contract vehicle with approximately 800 NSNs which are sole source only to SPD Technologies Inc. (Cage # 30086) for various ?53? FSCs. An Add & Delete clause will be included in solicitation. The solicitation is designed to improved product quality, faster delivery and elimination of backorders. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 484 core items (in two Lots). Prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Subject solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options. This will be a best value source selection acquisition in which technical merit is considered more important than price. Solicitation may become available approximately the week of July 26, 2004.
