Quantity of 79 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. Delivery shall be within 330 days after date of award if First Article Test is required and within 180 days after date of award is First Article Test is waived. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps or at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp on its issue date of 30 June 2004. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
