- Description
- The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of 4,375 pounds of commercial Inhibited Red Fuming Nitric Acid (IRFNA) in accordance with MIL-PRF-7254G, dated 15 Dec 1997, Type IIIB, NSN: 9135-00-754-4613. This requirement is in support of Naval Air Warfare Center and Army?s Missile Systems Gelled Propellant Research and Development Programs and is to be delivered no later than 30 Sep 04. Contractor shall provide all production, supplies, management, tools, equipment and labor and any raw materials necessary for the manufacture of IRFNA. Government Furnished Material in the form of Ditrogen Textroxide (N204) will be provided. Services for cleaning Government provided drums and supplies in the form of gaskets for sealing of drum bung opening are also part of this requirement. Delivery will be FOB Origin and a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated to be awarded by 30 Jun 04. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 14 Jun 04 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). A hard copy of the solicitation may be requested; however, only written, e-mailed or faxed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
