Description
Pest Control at the Commissary in accordance with the Statement of Work. Base year plus 4 option years. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT THE ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE COMMISSARY (GUAM) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GENERAL INFORMATION Solicitation Number: FA5240-04-T-0016 Request for Quotation (RFQ) This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses only. Large businesses may not submit an offer. Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(12), Notification of Proposed Contract Action was not advertised in the Commerce Business daily as only Guam sources will be solicited and all services will be performed outside the continental United States. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, 13.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested. No other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-23. This acquisition is unrestricted. The U.S. Air Force 36th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract for pest control (see “Services to be Performed” section) at Andersen AFB, Guam per the requirements in the Statement of Work.
