- DESCRIPTION: 9110-Bituminous Coal – One location added to SP0600-04-R-0017 as listed below: UNRESTRICTED LOCATION ADDED TO SP0600-04-R-0017: Line Item 0009, U.S. Capitol Power Plant, Washington, DC for 40,000 NTS of bituminous coal is hereby added via Amendment 0001 to solicitation SP0600-04-R-0017. Line Item 0009 will be solicited unrestricted. Also note change of coal size. The closing date for Line Item 0009 is January 5, 2004, 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. Total Quantity unrestricted is changed from 183,500 NTS to 223,500 NT. Total quantity procured under solicitation SP0600-04-R-0017 is changed from 252,500 NTS to 292,500 NTS. The solicitation closing date for Line Items 0001 through 0008 is changed from December 15, 2003 to December 18, 2003. ALL OTHER INFORMATION FOR SP0600-04-R-0017 REMAINS UNCHANGED.
