- The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP), intends to issue a solicitation for construction services to remodel and expand the Drug Testing Area at the Western Currency Facility,which is located at 9000 Blue Mound Road, Ft Worth, TX. This work will renovate an existing office area to a new configuration that will meet the minimum needs of the BEP. The construction project consists of selective demolition, reconstruction of walls, interior finish out, electrical, mechanical, fire protection and security work as outlined in the plans and specifications. The contractor shall manage the project continuously and adequately from start to finish. This is a HUBZone set-aside. The government intends to make a single award. Potential bidders must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a current filing of the VETS-100 Report. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236210.
