- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number M00681-04-T-0230 is attached. All responsible may submit a quotation for consideration. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333411 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed price on the following item. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install a Plymovent Vehicle Exhaust System, P/N SBTA-21 in two (2) fire stations located at MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA. System is manufactured by Plymovent of Florida, 88 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1B, Sarasota, FL 34236-3077. This is a Brand Name No Substitution Procurement. Please see attached solicitation for additional information. Any contract award as a result of this sol icitation will be DO rated certified for National Defense Priorities and Allocation System. Quotes must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time on 18 June 2004. Quotes sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to Regional Contracting Office Southwest, P.O. Box 1609, Oceanside, CA. 92051-1609. Quotes sent via Federal Express or hand carried must be delivered to the Regional Contracting Office Southwest, Bldg. 22180, MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA. 92055 during weekdays, excluding Federal Holidays, between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
