- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville, KY Detachment proposes to continue operation of the McConnell Technology and Training Center (MTTC) on a non-competitive basis. The proposed procurement is restricted to Innovative Productivity Incorporated, Louisville, KY. The MTTC works with Navy, DoD and other Government Centers of excellence to identify innovative processes and concepts to assist those activities (as well as other commercial small and medium sized companies), reduce their operating costs and increase product quality. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is 25 June 2004. After the release date, a copy can be obtained from the following site: http://www.phdnswc.navy.mil. The solicitation can be found under Business/Acquisitions/Business Opportunities/Sole Source. Note 22 applies.
