Description

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to reconstruct an existing shop building/apartment into a two bedroom residence, including living/kitchen space, and bathroom. Work will include new windows and doors, exterior wall insulation, plumbing fixtures and piping, hvac equipment, wiring and lighting, and casework, interior walls, and interior finishes located at Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge, Malta, MT. Performance period is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 9, 2004 with a closing date of on or about June 30, 2004. This solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please not that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as. pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the solicitation to 303-236-4791, Attention: Cathleen DeBerry. Please include solicitation number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) webside as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award.
