Description

NOTICE IS CANCELLED. SEE CORRECT SOLICITATION NUMBER W44W9M-04-T-0187. River sand, bulk, approximately 3600 cubic yards (plus or minus ten percent variation in quantity allowed) for use as cushioning in trench beds. Requested delivery is July 16, 200 4, FOB is destination. Estimated issue date of solicitation is June 16, 2004. Proposed award is 100% small business set-aside (See Numbered Note 1). This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with far 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardco pies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render quote nonresponsive and resul t in the rejection of same.
