Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all material, equipment, supervision and required licensed personnel necessary to perform Integrated Pest Management Services at the VAMC TOMAH, TOMAH, WI. Contract Period of Performance is July 1, 2004 through 30 June 2005, with four (4) one year option renewal periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5, and a combination of FAR part 12, 13, 15 & 17 award procedures. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561710 is $6.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is July 1, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about June 9, 2004.
