- Description
- The VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is advertising for construction work on real property. Work will include, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to construct walls, add electrical/data/phone outlets to create four (4) new offices, one (1) exam room and renovate two (2) existing rooms in Room 544-1 existing library, 5th Floor at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS means not less than 51 percent of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of any publicly owned business, not less than 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans; and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of a service-disabled veteran with permanent and severe disability, the spouse or permanent caregiver of such veteran. A Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16). NAICS Code 236220 applies with a small business size standard of less than $28.5 million. The award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds.
