- Description
- This is a solicitation notice for a requirements contract which will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct individual onsite septic tank drainfield systems located in the Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, and Tuolumne Counties of California. It is estimated that 8 systems will be installed in the base year and 8 in the option year (this is only an estimate). Contractors must pocess a California Class A General engineering license. Contract will be for a one year base period and one option year, and award will be made based on the total estimated amount for the two year period. The estimated amount is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance and payment bonds will be required. ALL request for a solicitation package MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. It is estimated that bid packages will be available aproximately 21 June 2004. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR AMERICAN INDIAN OWNED BUSINESS in accordance with the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47
