- Description
- Provide comprehensive nutrient management planning services: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to develop comprehensive nutrient management plans for livestock producers throughout the state of Illinois. The government contemplates the award of multiple Firm-Fixed Price; Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts. The initial contract period will be for one year and the government max extend the contract to a maximum of five years by exercising each of four one-year renewal options. The estimated contract award date is August 1, 2004. The procurement is unrestricted and is therefore open to all businesses regardless of size. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620 with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page. Request for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing. Fax your request to 217-353-6677. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be accomplished at the CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov. In addition, prospective contractors must be registered on the TechReg website (http://techreg.usda.gov) for the Nutrient Management, Organic and Inorganic (Current) Category. The Interested Vendor List (IVL) feature was enabled for this solicitation on today. Interested parties are invited to register on the IVL as well as to utilize the list as a resource for identifying, or being identified as, a prospective firm with which to collaborate or team.
