Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center, located in Manhattan, Kansas, requires delivery of U.S. No. 1 HRW Wheat. Delivery shall be made between June 28, 2004 and July 2, 2004, Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-029-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE JUNE 22, 2004. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 454390 with a small business size of $6 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-029-82HW-04 which will be available on or about June 9, 2004. The anticipated award date is June 23, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
