- Boot, Hot Weather, USMC, Quantity: Minimum: 115,164 Pr; Maximum: 239,922 Pr with four term options. Opts-Minimum: 90,000 Pr; Maximum: 239,922 Pr. 2 awards will be made at 60% and 40% of the quantities listed above. Destination: Bill & Hold. Items to be manufactured in accordance with CRFD 04-11 (Which includes both Men?s & Women?s sizes). Production lead-time is 120 days after date of award. Procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following evaluation factors; Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, SURGE, Bill & Hold, Socio-Economic, Javits Wagner O?Day. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments.
