- Wet transportation stocking carts for the Defense Commissary Agency commissary stores in the continental Unites States and the Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico locations. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The contract will be a fixed-price requirements type contract. Award will be made by contract line item and will be made on an all-or-none basis.
