- Description
- The Library of Congress, Preservation Binding and Collection Care Division has monographs and serials which require the support of a hard cover to allow them to withstand the rigors of library use. Some volumes may require preservation photocopying/scanning prior to binding. Many of these materials are in foreign languages and could be in any script, including Arabic and Asian language scripts. Volumes may vary in length from a few pages to hundreds of pages. Volumes may range in size from a few inches in both dimensions to large folios. The solicitation will be posted on or about May 18, 2004.
