- Classification Code X ? Lease of rental of facilities: The U. S. Government is interested in one hundred and fifty (150) structured parking spaces for the Veterans Administration Medical Center. This requirement may increase to almost four hundred (400) parking spaces over the course of two years. Reserved parking spaces are not required. Location/Delineated Area: The parking spaces must be located within the city limits of New Orleans, Louisiana, in an area bounded on the Loyola Avenue to the East, Tulane Avenue to the North, South Claiborne Avenue to the West and Poydras Street to the South. Lease Term: Lease term will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about June 11, 2004, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of June 30, 2004. All responsive offers from responsible sources will be considered.
