- <DESC> This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; a written RFQ will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS RFQ WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N00140-04-Q-1033. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2001-14 and DFARS Change Notice 20030430. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NAICS code is 443120 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: CLIN 0001 is for 350(Qty.) Each (Unit of Measure) Microsolutions Backpack 52X/32X/52X CD-RW with USB ports, Part Number 222012. (Description) Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
