- Purchase or lease of one new all metal aircraft with FAA certification in standard category and in current production, Found Bush Hawk or equal. Salient characteristics of the aircraft are: high-wing; large observer windows; large cargo area; large cargo door, minimum 36: x 36", with direct cargo area access; conventional gear; option for floats; retractable wheel skis, and large tires; 100 gallon fuel capacity. Aircraft is to be equipped with standard Department of the Interior equipment list.
