- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING ANY AMENDMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FROM THE INTERNET ONLY. Firms interested in this solicitation must register at http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. Solicitation documents can be downloaded at the same website. DESCRIPTION: The Walla Walla District intends to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for diving and inspection services. Services may be required anywhere within the geographic boundaries of the Walla Walla District to include southeastern Washington, northeastern Oregon and Idaho. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The contract will consist of a base and 4 option periods. Each period will have a capacity of $150,00 0 per year, not to exceed $750,000 total for all years. Task orders will be issued under this contract for required diving and inspection services. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $6,000,000.
